Booking policy
Condition
Rental price for Villa Gournes ranges from € 3.500 to € 5.075 per week. July and August are peak season. May / June and Sept / October between season, while the rest of the year is considered low season. Included in the rental are sheets, towels, electricity / air-conditioning, cleaning of swimming pool and cleaning at departure. When renting 2 weeks or more cleaning once a week is included.
We ask for a 30% non-refundable rental amount within 7 working days from booking, and full payment within 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you book later than 8 weeks before arrival the entire rental amount is due within 7 working days.
Unless the tenant can prove that the payment of 1.rate has occurred in due time, the owner is in principle not bound by the order. Please be aware, however, that the absence of payment is not accepted as a cancellation. Cancellation must be in writing. Otherwise the tenant is financially responsible.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or departure earlier than planned. Payment is to be made via bank transfer.
It is recommended that the tenant buy a travel insurance which also covers the rental fee if cancellation occurs less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Conditions for the rental of Villa Gournes will be submitted entirety by confirmation of the booking. Services included in the rental fee are in the description of the villa, and included in the contract.
Calendar
Rental period
The rental period runs from Saturday 17:00 to Saturday 11:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing. You can usually reserve Villa Gournes without obligations for a few days. As soon as the booking is confirmed you will receive a contract, name list and payment information.
Minimum of 7 days rental period per booking.
Deposit
A deposit of Euro 1.000, – will be billed as security for any damage / breakages, lost keys mm.
The tenant will receive a refund form to be filled out by end of the tenancy. This forms the basis for refund of deposit.
Number of guests cannot exceed 12, which is the number of beds the villa offers. The exception is an extra cot or two.
Lease and name list will be submitted for signature as soon as we receive letters, e-mail or phone call confirming the rent as well as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
